Auralen™ All-Day Comfort Insoles are designed with a trim-to-fit shape, so you can adjust them for a better fit inside your shoes.
Choose the size range that matches your usual shoe size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up and trimming carefully if needed.

How To Fit Your Insoles

Remove the existing insole from your shoe if possible.

Place it over your Auralen™ insole as a trimming guide.

Trim slowly along the front edge only.

Place the insole inside your shoe and check the fit.

Trim little by little until it sits flat and comfortable.
Fit Tips

If your shoes feel tight, remove the original insole before inserting Auralen™.

The heel should sit flat and stable.

The insole should not curl, fold, or press sharply into your toes or arch.

For best results, test the fit around the house before wearing them for a full shift.
